At Kalyani Jewellers, we strive to provide you with a seamless and satisfying shopping experience. We follow

an exchange-only policy, which means you can raise an exchange request within 3 days of delivery.

Cancellation Policy:

In case there is an order cancellation, please do so before it is shipped. Once the product is shipped

it can not be cancelled using our website

To be eligible for an exchange, it is mandatory to share a valid purchase invoice along with an

unboxing video clearly showing the product being opened for the first time. Without these, we will

not be able to process your request. Please note, exchanges are allowed for the same product or different product

(article) purchased, and refunds are not provided under any circumstances.

We offer easy exchanges for your convenience:

• Exchange with the same product (size/color change): ₹199 exchange fee

• Exchange with a different product: ₹199 exchange fee

We provide a reverse pick-up facility in most serviceable PIN codes through our courier partners.

Once your request is approved, the pick-up is usually scheduled within 2–3 business days. After the

successful pick-up, your exchange product will be delivered within 5 to 7 business days.

*Exchange Limit*

* Each product is eligible for *one exchange only*.

* Any request for a *second exchange* will be subject to applicable shipping charges for both forward

and return logistics.

* For a second exchange request, the customer will be responsible for arranging and bearing the cost

of shipping the product to our facility.

* Once the exchanged product is received and passes the necessary quality checks, the replacement

product will be dispatched from our end.

Please note - In case of Damaged or wrong product delivery we provide coupon code for future purchace.

For locations not covered under our reverse pick-up service, customers are kindly requested to selfship

the product(s) to the address below:

Kalyani Jewellers reserves the right to refuse exchanges for items that appear worn, washed, or used, in order to

maintain strict hygiene standards. Items returned in unacceptable condition will not be processed.

If you receive a defective or damaged item, do not ship it back right away. Instead, share clear

photos and details with us at support@thekalyanijewellers.com
